It is my 1 year bootcamp anniversary on Monday so i thought I would share my progress with you all. Finding this bootcamp was and is the best thing I have done. First picture is exactly one year before 2nd picture. I honestly can not believe how much more confident I was on holiday this year compared to last year. I am 15lb lighter and a size 10 fits like a glove. So thanks Rachel for helping me achieve what i have done so far, and to all my bootcamp buddies

I dreaded my 1st PT lesson but don’t know why as Rachel made me feel comfortable from day 1, she didn’t judge me just supported me all the way through my journey. I’ve been coming to Rachel’s bootcamp since summer now and it’s got me so much more motivated! Each week is different and she sure works you hard which is good and how a boot camp should be! After it I feel I’ve had a good workout and leaves me feeling so much better about myself. Also gives good nutrition advise and keeps in contact during the week through her Facebook page, which is great! I would definitely recommended Rachel to anyone!

I have just finished the 6 week challenge with Rachel and I have to say she has helped me completely change my life around in regards to my diet and exercise. Being someone who literally didn't do any exercise at all it was a struggle but the classes are fun but at the same time intense. Rachel has never judged me even when I told her about my bad food days and with her being in the same situation as me a few years back and transforming herself to what she is now makes me have the willpower to know it can be done! Absolutely fantastic bootcamp & PT's. The results I have seen have been great. I really struggled in the gym to be motivated. Now i have achieved so much & couldn't have without the motivation and support Rachel offers with diet, knowledge & experience. The inches are dropping off finally :) Highly recommended!! I hadn't done any exercise for over a year so needed improve my fitness. Each session had a different variety of exercise so it was never boring. Everyone could work to their own level & Rachel encouraged you work as hard as possible to get the most out of each session. Really enjoyed it & will be joining the next group
